They take pride in using fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients in their dishes, and they are excited to share their knowledge and expertise with visitors who are interested in learning about Albanian culture through its food.
12:45 pm: Gather behind the Opera House in the city center.
Kick-off with a hearty Albanian welcome, filled with local eats and drinks.
Dive into preparing "Tave Kosi," Albania's famed Independence Dish.
Learn to make "Lakror," our take on Byrek, including homemade pastry.
Experience a family-based cooking class, with recipes passed down through generations.
