Enhance your knowledge on wine tasting and its culture with the guidance of Cenap Kuzuoglu, the owner of WAYANA Wine Bar and the former owner of the famous Beppe Pizza in Kadikoy. In this lovely evening, you will get to taste eight different wines, all of which have been made by native grapes. You will learn the ways of distinguishing the properties of wine, grasping the crucial factors when choosing a suitable wine for your taste. Cenap will also highlight the wine making process and its place in Turkey while hosting you in his wholesome wine bar.

Meet Our Local Host 

Cenap Kuzuoglu is the owner of the new WAYANA Wine Bar and the former owner of the famous Beppe Pizza in Kadikoy. He is known in the neighborhood as he ran Beppe for more than twenty years, putting his restaurant among the “top ten places to visit in Kadikoy. He is also a well experienced lecturer who is being demanded to give lectures to high status employees in ‘wine etiquette’.


17:30 pm: Meet at WAYANA Wine Bar. A short walk from accommodations
Meet with the host, have a chat, and get comfortable to sip some wine.
Follow through a small introductory lecture about the history and culture of wine.
Put what you have learned into practice by tasting the eight uniquely presented wines and deciding on which one to be the best for your taste.
20:00 pm: Tasting ends, you are welcome to stay and treat yourself to some more wine and food.
