DELICIOUS food with Josephine!

We first headed to the market (on a matatu!) to pick out some fruits and vegetables. A few of us even bought some produce to take home. It was very muddy at the market but we made the best of it. Then we headed back to the host house to start prepping. Josephine explained all the dishes and then we started chopping and washing. We each had a job and helped contribute to the meal. When everything was done, we sat down to eat together and it was SO GOOD!! There were a variety of dishes and lots of drink options. We were all stuffed afterwards and it was worth it!
