I was born in the Alentejo, Portugal, and it is my roots that inspire me in the search for the flavors, perfumes and textures for the recipes that I have developed for many gastronomic magazines and books. I am a publisher, food developer and editor of several publications and food developer, cook and manager of a different catering service at In Love with Food and Maria's Table."
