Description
This end-to-end cooking experience will teach you how to make authentic Mexican salsas, hand-made tortillas, and traditional Mexican food! This is not just a cooking class, there will be a whole delicious meal prepared by yourself, plus you’ll be ready to bring your skills back home to impress your family & friends.
The group will meet at one of the apartments and will get right down to business, the group will have different tasks to prepare the food and will learn the importance of the kitchen in a house of the Mexican Families.
This class is designed for you to learn or practice your Spanish, the class will be in Spanish and English.
You will cook salsas in traditional ways: green (boiled salsa), red chunky (smoked salsa), and Guacamole (raw salsa) All different in personality, flavor, chile, and spicy level. At the same time, you will prepare food to eat with the final salsa result and your own hand-made tortillas. Horchata water included. In the end, you will take home a jar of self-made salsa and new recipes to take home!
