Our local experience offers an authentic and immersive journey into the heart of the community in Bursa, giving you a chance to discover our unique culture and traditions from a different perspective. Bursa was the first capital of the Ottoman Empire and is home to many historical sites. Our experienced guide will take you on a personalized tour that highlights the best sights and architecture while making sure that you experience the Turkish cuisine to its fullest. Then, to top it off, the experience ends with a rewarding time of traditional Turkish bath, hammam, in the famous Kervansaray.

Meet Our Local Host 

Our host will be assigned to us by our trusting partner Aydın. Though himself won’t be able to accompany us, he made sure that an experienced colleague of his will be there to guide us through the beautiful architecture of Bursa and its history while allowing us to discover the cheerful streets and marketplace of the city.

Itinerary 

8:00 am: Meet your guide at the designated meeting point. Start of the transfer to Bursa
9:15 am: (Optional) Break on the way to quickly grab something to eat. 
10:15 am: Arriving in the city. Explore the city's historic district and iconic landmarks.
12:30 pm: Discover the city's marketplace and grand bazaars.
1:30 pm: Enjoy a traditional lunch of iskender at a local restaurant.
3:00 pm: Walk through the local streets to take it all in and experience the city's natural beauty.
4:00 pm: We make our way to the Hammam and enjoy a relaxing hour or two. 
6:00 pm: End of the tour, head back to the transportation and make your way back to Istanbul.
