Discover the wonders of Rio de Janeiro, the Wonderful City, on this 4-day weekend adventure. The weekend will be busy, so we'll make the most of it. We will visit the most iconic attractions of the city as well as experience a variety of authentic experiences curated by a authentic Carioca, Thiago! ;)
Kickstart your journey with a warm welcome at Selina's Bar, where you'll craft your own Caipirinha, the iconic Brazilian cocktail. Join us for an informal get-together as the sun sets, setting the tone for an unforgettable trip.
Begin day 2 with the awe-inspiring Cristo Redentor. Let the beauty of this iconic statue take your breath away. Indulge in a traditional feijoada lunch accompanied by a refreshing caipirinha. Stroll the famous Copacabana Sidewalk, relax on Ipanema Beach, and witness a mesmerizing sunset from Arpoador, just like a local. The night takes us to the vibrant Pedra do Sal, where the rhythm of Rio comes alive. This is where the Samba was Invented by the enslaved, because they couldn't speak they invented the most iconic music of our country.
Day 3 will start with a Surprise Experience. This is the most exciting moment of your weekend (along with Pedra do Sal). Let the beauty of this iconic statue take your breath away. We'll have lunch at a traditional Brazilian Steakhouse. In the afternoon, engage in a friendly Frescobol game on Copacabana beach, where the sport was invented, and later, join our get-together in one of the many bars in Copacabana.
On Day 4 we'll explore the breathtaking Pão de Açúcar beach, capturing moments in photographs that will last a lifetime. Choose to hike or not, and then venture up the iconic Pão de Açúcar for panoramic views that will leave you in awe. Take a moment at Mureta da Urca, where you'll marvel at the beauty below. The lunch will be at Ipanema (not included) and you'll have time to visit both the Ipanema Hippie Matket and Farm Rio shop. As the day winds down, collect your bags and head to the airport, filled with memories and experiences that will stay with you forever. On your way to the airport, you'll visit the Selaron Steps, where Snoop Dogg and Farewell Williams recorded "Beautiful".

Meet Our Local Host
Hi everyone, this experience has been curated by me. Usually, I say I’m not only a Brazilian, but a Carioca (people who come from Rio de Janeiro). This statement emphasizes the free spirit I have, a vital feature of who was born and raised in the Wonderful City, as Rio is known. Joining this trip, you’ll understand where my passion comes from and why that place is so meaningful to everyone that has been there.
The host for this trip will be Roma, an authentic Carioca that is passionate about Rio and provides great experiences in the Wonderful City!
Itinerary
Day 1:
Flight: along the day (not included)
Check-in: from 3 pm at Selina Copacabana
4-5 pm: Make your own Welcome Caipirinha at Selina's Bar
8:30 pm: Informal get-together
Day 2:
08 am: Breakfast (included)
09 am: Transfer to Cristo
10-12:30 pm: Visit Cristo Redentor (included)
1-2:30 pm: Welcome lunch (feijoada) + 1 caipirinha (included)
2:30-3 pm: Walk in the famous Copacabana Sidewalk
3 pm: Quick free time at the hotel
5:15-6:30 pm: Beach time in Ipanema and Sunset from Arpoador with a the traditional Rio Snack on the Beach (Included)
9 pm: Van leaves for Pedra do Sal (first drink is on us) - there are street food options there
1-1:30 pm: Van leaves Pedra do Sal to the hotel
1:30-2 am: Arrival at the hotel

7:30 am: Breakfast (included)
9:15 am: Van leaves the hotel
10-11:30: Surprise Experience!!
12-13:30 pm: Lunch at a Brazilian Steakhouse (not included)
5:15 pm: Meet at Selina's Lobby
5:30-6:30 pm: Play Frescobol game at Copacabana beach - Roma will pick you up in the hotel lobby
9 pm: Get-together at Enchendo Linguiça (1st round included)
Day 4:
7:30 am: Breakfast and hotel check-out (bring your luggage to the van)
08:30: Transfer to Pão de Açúcar
09:00-09:30 am: Pão de Açucar hike (around 30 min - moderate) *option not to hike
09:30-11:00: Visit to Pão de Açúcar (included)
11:00-11:30: Short stop at the charming Mureta da Urca for the incredible views (Thiago’s spot with his friends)
12-1:30 pm: Lunch at Fazendola Buffet (not included) and time to visit Ipanema’s Hippie Market
2:00 pm: Transfer to the airport
4:20 pm: Flight to Florianopolis (not included)
6 pm: Arrival in Florianopolis and transfer to Bewiki
6:15 pm: Transfer to Bewiki

Ground Transportation: All transfers in Floripa are included and the Selina Copacabana- GIG Airport too. The arrival in Rio, as it will be along the day, is not.
Additional Information: Flight information: Do not purchase flights until experience is confirmed! The recommended outbound flight is GOL Linhas Aéreas G32023 at 11:05 am on Apr 18th (FLN-GIG) arriving in Rio at 12:35 pm. The recommended return flight is GOL Linhas Aéreas G32070 at 4:20 pm on April 21st (GIG-FLN) arriving at 6 pm in Florianópolis. Transfers must be arranged privately if you choose another flight schedule for your outbound. We'll stay at Selina Copacabana.
