It's a very extensive walking tour that covers tons of different areas of the city as well as various types of foods ranging from Pho to egg coffee and local ice cream. While a bit too long imo, it was still a very enjoyable day that provided an excellent way to get to know the neighborhood and local culture better.

This is what it is all about. The incredible delicacies that we tried here set me up for the rest of the month eating my way through the city, and introduced me to things that I wouldn't necessarily have known to try.

Hanoi has so so so much beyond just Pho, that this type of experience, especially at the beginning of the month, makes an immense difference in the overall experience.

Now I am just a sad heartbroken boy who will miss his heavy hitters, the ones that make your mouth water and question "will my mouth ever be as titillated again?", "was it as good for her (various street vendor ladies who got sick of my face) as it was for me?", "does she still think about me?".

The answer to all of these questions, obviously, is no.
