Paella is not just a meal, it is an art to be practiced and rarely perfected for a lifetime. The best way to have paella is in the countryside, as traditionally we make paella over open fire or over gas rings.
In this workshop you will get to know the "El Cabanyal" neighborhood with an expert guide. You will learn the intricate details of this elaborate dish of the most typical chicken and rabbit paella, as well as the vegetable paella, while participating in preparing a meal with a some typical Spanish appetizers and you will taste our famous Agua de Valencia.
