fREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We started the evening with a short bus ride to Santo Antonio de Lisboa where we had a quick tour of the area including historical landmarks and stories from our tour guide. Then we sat beach-side at a restaurant for drinks and snacks (Brazilians love their snacks!). The views and the food were great! Finally we took a short ride to a fishing shack-turned-Samba locale. The place quickly became packed as locals showed up to listen to samba music. A few brave souls even took a spin around the dance floor. The sunset views were my favorite element and Santo Antonio de Lisboa is very beautiful! One girl and I headed home early in an Uber while others stayed to drink and dance the night away. The area was only a quick ride back to Centro. Very fun evening!
Sunset and Samba is a vibrant, lively, must-have experience in Floripa. Frequented by many locals, you get a true sense of Samba and its place in the heart of Brazilians. Loved it.
