Embark on an authentic Valencian culinary journey and master the art of making traditional paella with local master chefs. Your experience begins at 11:00 a.m. at the meeting point in Valencia's City of Justice, where you will be picked up in a van or car. After a short 30-minute drive to a charming rural house in Corbera, you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink and a brief introduction.
Under the guidance of local chefs, you will prepare your paella, learning the intricate techniques and secrets behind this iconic dish. At the end of the workshop, you will earn your certificate as an ambassador of authentic paella.
This interactive and fun experience is designed to immerse you in Valencian traditions and culture, making you feel at home while you cook and enjoy paella like the locals. Join us for a day of food, culture and unforgettable memories.

Itinerary
11:00 AM: Meet at Ciudad de la Justicia, Valencia. Participants are picked up in vans or cars.
11:30 AM: Arrive at a countryside house in Corbera. Enjoy a welcome drink and a brief presentation about the day's activities.
12:00 PM: Hands-on paella-making workshop with local masterchefs. Lunch with the paella you made.
3:30 PM: End of the experience and return to the meeting point in Valencia.
