A mindfulness meditation sitting practice which can include walking meditation also. The total duration is up to 60 mins including discussion and feedback before and after the practice. Open to all levels and adjusted to each participant's skill level.

Meet Our Local Host
Athina Vakali was born in 1974 in Athens. She studied International Relations at Panteion University of Athens, followed by Maritime Law postgraduate studies in Cardiff University and Executive Leadership studies at London Business School. Her yoga journey started in 2022 in parallel with her professional career in the shipping industry. In 2013 she decided to focus exclusively on teaching yoga and since 2017 she has been hosting annual yoga and meditation retreats. She teaches all ages and skills and focuses on traditional hatha yoga, mindfulness meditation, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. She is certified for Hatha Yoga RYT200, Yoga Kids International, Rainbow Yoga Kids and Mindfulness Meditation. She also gives traditional Thai Massage and 1st and 2nd degree Reiki sessions.
