Join us to explore the vibrant world of Mexican cuisine and its local ingredients sourced from small-scale producers. Our focus will be on the diverse and nutritious mushrooms found in Mexico, which bring both flavor and medicinal properties to traditional dishes.
During this immersive experience, you'll have the opportunity to learn the art of cooking authentic Mexican cuisine from scratch, starting with the fundamentals of making salsas and handcrafted tortillas. The seasonal availability of ingredients will ensure a dynamic menu that showcases the freshest produce from local farmers.
In addition to the hands-on cooking and tasting, you'll also indulge in a signature drink crafted from natural ingredients and artisanal spirits. Our skilled mixologists have carefully designed this beverage to complement the flavors of the dishes and provide a refreshing accompaniment to your culinary adventure.

- Workshop by of Symbiosis staff (Mycologist and Chef) and Monstruo de Agua. They will teach us the importance of mushrooms in Mexican Gastronomy.
- Ingredients for Mexican dish and cocktail workshop.
