HOST INTRODUCTION
Lucas posada is the founder of the gastro-pedagogical project Intuitive Cuisine, he is also a cook and empirical researcher, studies food as medicine, Very passionate about the recognition of the territory through food and its potential to change the world.
Through a series of interconnected personal and professional experiences, Lucas decided to put his skills to do good and founded Cocina Intuitiva, a sustainable food education company based in Colombia that works with different institutions to provide adequate and nutritious foods to children and adults and to develop social and environmental skills for the new generations.
