Do too many cooks spoil the broth? Not this time!
Taking place in a small traditional restaurant, this cooking school is just a few blocks from the workspace.
This is your chance to learn how to make the traditional Guatemalan dish Pepian, a typical side salad, tortillas from scratch and irresistible Rellenitos de Platano for dessert.
As a private group, you’ll be based around one kitchen station, all taking part in the cooking & prepping of the locally sourced ingredients, guided by the team of local cooks. Everything will be explained in english, so you don’t need to worry about mixing your chillies from your chocolate.
Like all good chefs, you’ll have your own knives and wine glasses, as four glasses of red wine are also included.
The dinner you cooked together will then be served to you in the restaurant area, which will be closed to the public.
The recipes will be shared with you two, as you’ll definitely want to be show off this recipe in future.
