Description
Granada is a hub for art, cultural curiosity, and...roasted coffee. Based in the heart of this Central American colonial city, the Mombacho Volcano, Nebliselva Forest, Lake Nicaragua and believe it or not...beautiful beaches, are all located just a 10 minute walk away.
After enjoying morning yoga on the rooftop deck, set out bright and early on a day trip to Peninsula de Asese or Parque Nacional Archipiélago Zapatera for hiking and bird-watching, or sail around Las Isletas’ archipelago of 300 tiny, biodiverse islands- it’s a must! Back at the hotel, join a weekend parties, experience live music acts, indulge in coffee infused rum or a homemade mochaccino, and connect with international and local crowds.
Itinerary
Day 1
Transition out from the retreat centre in Nicaragua and head to Granada through organized transportation. Spend the day settling in and enjoying the new environment. Maybe you meet a few people as you check-in. By sunset, you've called this place home more than once and are able to see how your week will shape up, balancing work and play in a memorable environment.
Day 2
The day is yours to design. Start the day with a group yoga session at the yoga deck, enjoy a delicious breakfast and then head to Isletas. Discover Asese peninsula and its beautiful small islands through natural water canals whilst paddling on a kayak. Know San Pablo Fort, Monkey Island, abundant flora, fauna and finish the tour with the beautiful sunset.
Day 3
Depending on your next move (ie. airport), you'll be able to arrange relevant transport (and COVID test if needed) through the front desk to either the airport or your next destination.

This is a self guided trip. We'll organize your accommodation included of an excursion but the rest of the weekend is for you to enjoy!

Standard Room: A classic stay: affordable, comfortable, and private. Our standard option provides you with a double bed and the ideal space to comfortably unwind in total privacy. In all locations you will have your own bathroom.
Micro Room: this is a smaller version of the private room. You will have a double bed in a compact and modest room, perfect if you’re looking for a place to sleep and a small area to store your belongings. In some locations, the bathroom might be shared with up to 4 micro rooms.
Host Introduction
The on-site tour operators are managed by Selina, Remote Year's parent company. Selina has a large global footprint and knows to accommodate different customer needs.
