How It Works 
Fred is a personal trainer that focuses on full body workouts, strength training, fitness  and nutrition. He is offering either personal training or boxing sessions.


*** Please Note - Once you have purchased your session on marketplace - the city team will be in contact to send you Fred's details so you can organise a time and date that will work best for you  

Know Before you Book 
There are 4 options for booking a session:

Private Personal Training  - Private session with Fred
Duo Personal Training  - Session with Fred and 1 other Remote (please note it is your prerogative to get the second person to join )
Private Boxing - Private boxing session with Fred 
Duo Boxing - Boxing session with Fred and 1 other Remote (please note it is your prerogative to get the other person to join )
Cancelation Policy - 24 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged for appointments and classes. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged full amount of the scheduled session

Fred has more than 7 years of fitness training and coaching experience. He loves working with people and helping them reach their short and long term fitness goals. He is very passionate about getting people into shape. "It's all about what you put in"

Great workouts!

Fred, the trainer is great! I met with him two to three times a week and we mixed it up between the beach to the apartments and I always had a great workout with him!
