Meet Our Local Host
Tommy Nguyen, Tho Nguyen, and Hai Phung are three brothers who grew up in poverty in different villages before settling in Hanoi. Born in the same era after the Vietnam War, they share a passion for preserving their cultural heritage. With their expertise in pottery and deep knowledge of the Bat Trang village, they are dedicated to providing an immersive and educational experience for visitors.
Itinerary
12:30 PM: Meet up with customers at Hidden Gem Coffee. Depart to the village.
Visit a ceramic workshop specializing in Fengshui ceramic and learn about the ceramic-making process.
Attend a pottery class and create your own pottery artwork.
Discover ancient parts of Bat Trang ceramic village.
Enjoy local specialties such as bún chả or bánh cuốn for lunch.
Continue the pottery class by decorating your items.
Walk around Bat Trang ceramic market to visit the outstanding gallery and do some shopping.
6:30 PM: Tour finishes.
