In this class, you will learn how to start a fire with either charcoal or wood, perfecting the method that brings out the best flavors in the meat. You’ll cook various cuts of beef, create homemade bread known as "tortilla," and prepare the beloved chimichurri sauce, both fresh and aged. Finally, you’ll pair your culinary creations with carefully selected wines that complement each step of the asado process, making for a gastronomic journey like no other.

The Asador Lucho: A true master of the grill, our asador brings years of experience in the art of the Argentine asado. He will teach you the secrets behind achieving the perfect fire and how to handle the different cuts of beef to perfection.
The Sommelier Leo: A wine expert with a deep passion for pairing the right wine with the right dish, our sommelier will guide you through Argentina’s rich wine culture. He will share his knowledge on how to pair each wine with the different flavors of the asado, enriching your culinary experience.
Itinerary
7pm: Introduction & Welcome: Meet the host, introduction to the art of asado, and overview of the day.
Fire-Starting Techniques: Learn the key differences between charcoal and wood, and start the fire.
Preparing the Meat: Cut and season different types of beef, learning the secrets of each cut.
Bread & Chimichurri: Make "tortilla" bread on the grill and prepare chimichurri from scratch.
Wine Pairing: Learn how to pair wines with each stage of the asado.
The Feast: Sit down together to enjoy the fruits of your labor, with perfectly paired wines.
