Frequently Asked Questions
Choji is full of life and is super entertaining in the kitchen. The meal we all prepared together was excellent and a super fun way to start off our journey right!
Choji is the best host and a talented cook. I loved everything from his playlist to his jokes, and especially the food. It was cool to learn about the history of both of these iconic Peruvian dishes (ceviche and lomo saltado), and also the techniques to make them great. (I’ll never cut a tomato the same way again!) This is a fun and delicious evening in a convenient location (the Selina’s common kitchen). BYOB and come hungry.
