Must-do

A perfect day trip to a place unlike anywhere else in the world. You have fantastic home cooked meals, get to ride on top of a van through the countryside, hang out by/on the water all day on a boat (wakeboarding optional) and climb up to an incredible view. While the rock itself is quite touristy its worth it, and the rest of the day you steer clear of the crowds and enjoy Guatape as the locals do. Caveat - i went with a small group of 12 people, not sure what it would be like with a larger group.

An absolutely special and adventurous day

This was certainly the highlight of Medellin for me. It was a packed day from morning to evening and every second was full of joy, adventure, and surprises. You really shouldn't miss doing this tour with RY, because I doubt that doing it on your own would be half as fun.

So MANY things!

This was a packed trip! The driving was thoughtfully broken up so that it never felt like a long stretch (until the drive back). The day was just layered with activity and culture. I wish we’d had a bit more time in the shops/town. The home cooked meals along the way were a special treat.

Absolutely outstanding weekend

Somebody asked me what the "ups and downs" of the experience were, and I honestly couldn't think of a "down." Good times all around - and amazing food. Rafa, Andrés and team led us through an incredible weekend. If you come to Medellín, this one is a must do. If there's an option to make it an overnight, take it!
