fREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Really, no words can adequately decribe how incredible the weekend in Rio was with Thiago. He loves this amazing city and it shows. He so very thoughtfully planned and plotted our course throughout our entire trip. He took us to the infamous spots known to the world and those known only to the locals where the only way to get a real taste of the Rio vibe was to be there, in the mix and we were!! The food, the beaches, the energy, the music, the magic that is Rio de Janiero was made available to us in this amazing weekend. Seriously would do the whole month again just for the weekend in Rio. Off the chain amazing!! Thank you Thiago!!
Everything was incredibly well thought out and planned by Thiago. Having a local take you around Río is definitely the way to see it. The schedule was packed but allowed us to see all the highlights of Rio in a long weekend. It never felt rushed and we had time for some delicious meals (well planned by Thiago) along the way too. Thiago’s passion for his city was infectious and we had so much fun - especially at the pedra do sal.
This trip was the highlight of my trip to Brazil and should not be missed!!
My original plan was to visit Rio some other time. After hearing Thiago speak so passionately about his city I signed up for the trip. Seeing Rio through the eyes of a local who so clearly loves it was special. Thiago was very conscientious of the group’s energy which made the trip perfect. It was jam packed with activities but we never felt rushed. Rio itself is beautiful - we visited all the classic landmarks, Thiago’s favorite restaurants and bars, and learned about the history. But the most special event was the samba in Pedra do Sal-nothing else like it! Highly recommend. One of the most memorable trips I’ve done on RY!
I had an absolutely incredible experience in Rio, and it was all thanks to Thiago. His deep love and passion for his city were contagious, filling the entire trip with love, connection, and pure joy. One of the most memorable moments for me was dancing samba at "Pedra do Sal." Even if you didn't speak the language, you couldn't help but feel welcomed and connected through the power of dance.
I highly recommend going on this trip with Thiago as your guide. His meticulous planning ensured that everything ran smoothly, and the food choices were fantastic. The energy throughout the entire journey was infectious, leaving no room for anything but pure enjoyment.
Don't hesitate—treat yourself and embark on this unforgettable adventure with Thiago. I can guarantee that you won't regret it.
