Great day taking in the sights, smells and sounds of the ancient markets

Great day taking in the sights, smells and sounds of the ancient markets in The Grand Bazaar. Our guide, Aydin, met us at the ferry terminal and escorted us across to the European side. He took us on a leisurely winding path up to the Grand Bazaar, providing commentary and inviting us to taste different delicacies along the way. He knows the area like the back of his hand and showed us the best places to buy. This outing is good for those who love history, culture and shopping. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water!
