Intense but delightful day exploring hiking (yoga) and beaches

First things first, this hike is DIFFICULT if you're not an experienced hiker. I'd categorize it as moderate to hard. On the hike to the mountain - the first third is all stairs, the second third is technical (climbing over/through rocks and roots) and the last third is scrambling over loose rocks down the mountainside. I did it and survived but it was hard! The views at the top were great! At the beach we ate lunch (we had to bring all our food because the food kiosks were closed the day we went) and the group did yoga (I took a nap!). Some brave souls got into the water despite the strong currents and chilly water. It was very relaxing with the waves crashing in the background. The hike back was shorter (along a different route) but there were a lot of stairs which did a number on my already tired muscles. Other folks had no issue with the hike but please consider your ability before signing up - the goal of the day is to spend it as a group so when you stop to rest - everyone stops to rest (or take photos, eat a snack, etc.).
